1- Topics of the University’s Participation in Community and Cultural Activities
First Subject	Approval of the minutes of the first session of the previous meeting held on 22/11/2023 for the academic year 2023/2024
Second Subject	Presentation of the letter received from the Secretary of the Council of Private Universities dated 1/1/2024 regarding: Statement of activities of the university research centers for the year 2022/2023 Status of activation of the scientific protocols signed with foreign universities and aspects of their activation Student activities carried out during the past year and follow-up on the regularity of the educational process and its outcomes The extent of communication with university graduates, their employment percentage, and examples of places where they were employed
Third Subject	Presentation of the letter received from the Secretary of the Council of Private Universities dated 12/3/2024 regarding the necessity to intensify the university’s procedures towards holding seminars, workshops, and events aimed at raising students’ awareness of the achievements taking place in Egypt and the important and necessary measures taken by the Egyptian state at all levels — by making use of attractive personalities who are accepted by students, experts, intellectuals, and specialists capable of conveying this message to students to face the current crisis
Fourth Subject	Presentation of a report on Misr International University’s First Conference on the Sustainable Development Goals held on Saturday 17 February 2024
